Majority Leader Bill Frist is employing new aggressive tactics to push through a few of President Bush’s most extreme nominees.  Starting Wednesday evening, the Senate will hold a 30-hour “marathon” debate on judicial nominations that will culminate with cloture votes on Kuhl, Owen, and Brown.
