We're sorry, this alert is no longer available. If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit NARAL Pro-Choice America's Choice Action Network.

The short explanation of this alert was:
Under the new so-called Women’s Right to Know law, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) was instructed to “update” their website by July 1 and develop a pamphlet for distribution by October 1.  However, the MDH has only updated their website, forcing clinics to print it – at their expense – and send to women upon request.

Unfortunately, the information in the MDH online “Informational” Handbook includes many factual inaccuracies and ideologically-driven language.  Tell Governor Pawlenty what you think of his administration’s gross misrepresentation of the facts.
