The short explanation of this alert was:

Every two years, Massachusetts increases its reimbursement rates for Medicaid services to help providers supply abortion services to low-income patients. However, if the rate increase is too low, clinics may not be able to afford to provide those services.

You can help by emailing the Department of Public Health’s Division of Health Care Finance and Policy and asking them to increase the reimbursement rate by 10%!
